Time to go?

Over the past few weeks, we have been preparing Sofia for our relocation from Costa Rica to Texas. To help her grasp yet another transition, we've talked about getting to see her friends "back home" again, her grandparents, aunts and uncles, going home for Christmas, seeing Shamu at Sea World, and we even made a calender for her to mark the days off before we board the plane home. Needless to say, she gets more and more excited all the time.

Well, we discovered today that maybe our sweet girl doesn't need as much "prep" as we had previously thought. As you'll see below, our sweet girl is already well accustomed to our transitions and may even have a better grasp on the move than the rest of us. Before you check the photos out, a little disclaimer: SOFIA DID THIS ALL BY HERSELF WHEN WE THOUGHT SHE WAS IN HER ROOM SLEEPING. SHE GOT OUT THE SUITCASE, PACKED THE ESSENTIALS (DORA BLANKET & DOLL), AND CAUGHT A NAP TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS RESTED FOR THE TRIP. She has certainly made her intentions known. Note to self: When traveling...don't forget the books, Dora paraphernalia, and pink shipping containers.

Packed and ready to go...USA here we come!

On the road again.....
