Hello World, my name is Stephanie Fletcher and I'm the worlds WORST blogger! I think I'm going to rename our blog to "The World's Worst Blogger!" So, now that I've defined myself I will quit beating myself up every time it takes me a month to post something!

Truth be told, I'm not a blogger. I don't read others peoples blogs (sorry friends, please don't hate me) and I really just write so that we are able to stay connected to our friends and family back home. I know it's especially important to grandparents to see their grandkids growing, what they do in school and what their lives look like here. Thanks for putting up with all the pictures of our kiddos and their school performances.

I do want to share some today about our work and some exciting things going on. A few weeks ago we made the exciting move from "house church" to our new "Porche" A.K.A. porch in Spanish. We will be hosting our Sunday gathering there, basing our non-profit out of it, have classes, seminars, youth gatherings and so much more. As a team we are SUPER excited about it and it's a huge step in our work here in Lima.

We decided one Sunday after our gathering to walk everyone over to the new "porche" and introduce it to everyone. Here are a few pictures of the inaugaral walk and every inside for the first time. It was so fun to see them enjoy and take in the place.

Lee and John Mark (our teammate) just got back from the States on a 10 day whirlwind trip to raise money for the building in turn our non-profit and everything that comes under it. They did a wonderful job and God has blessed us with some funds to begin purchasing chairs, paint etc... NEEDLESS to say though, we are far from our goal but know that the Lord will provide. It's fun to watch the building go from white walls and bare, to a place that the Peruvians are getting involved in and are going to be having a fundraiser for as well!!!

Please be in prayer that God will provide the means to fully complete this project, that the Peruvians will not just consider themselves a part of this project but become the leaders and that God will use this multi-purpose building to reach more Peruvian friends.

Yea!!! This is so awesome! I am so glad that your team has a place to house everyone together. I have no doubt that the Lord has some mighty plans for that place!! Can't wait to see it in person in December and worship with our Peruvian family there.
